reflection paragraph on process

i felt great finding out things i did not know about Adolf Hitler and the Nazi party. it was easy because i found good sites and did good research. i enjoyed questioning my grandma when i went home about the Nazis. i disliked nothing about doing this research. if i had to do it again i would have changed the blog by picking a different format to post to and i would have researched harder and posted more relevant topics. i would research the communist party in the soviet union next if i could i likely will.

reflection paragraph on sources

i was very successful in finding good sources. one of the best sites i found that helped me out alot was historylearning.org  the reason behind this was that it posted a short paragraph detailing what that person did that was so important. it was also trustworthy. there was no bias involved in this site.

reflection paragraph on findings

i found out alot in my research. the most important fact i learned was that there are 8 layers to the Nazi party which i did not know. the most surprising was finding out that the Nazi party has been around since 1920. i still want to know more though like what does the swastika mean. i feel as if i know alot more about the Nazi party than i did before.

the nazi party started in 1920 and ended in 1945 it contained 8 layers at the top was the leader aka hitler in the 2nd layer was leaders such as himmler who lead the ss and the gestepo then came the 3rd leader regional inspectors  Gauleiters were in the 4th layer and governed said region such as a district in poland On paper the Nazi Party appeared to be very well structured and administrated. However, whether this was the case is difficult to assess.

himmler was the leader of the ss or the bodygaurd of hitler and this was what my grandpa told me and it was what he was a part of. himmler was a very poor man. nonetheless he rose up the ranks of the nazi party and was the cheif of the gestepo. when hitler told himmler to bulid the ranks of the ss hitler gave him one objective and that was only the best. himmler was great at this. when the ss was first formed it only had 50 members. any ways he endend up recruting and training over 50k soldiers for the ss. one common misconseption is that hitler was the man behind the holocoust when the fact is hitler had little to do with it. it was himmler who singed the order to set up camps and he was the man who set up dachau in 1933 that was the first of many. this ring that was givin out to ss sodiers was givin to my grandpa and i have it now it looks like this.

i found out that hitlers birthday is april 20 which is a day before my brothers birthday. i found out alot while ive been searching the web for infromation on hitler and the nazi party. a quote from hitler. Anyone who sees and paints a sky green and fields blue ought to be sterilized. basically he says anyone who is stupid must be prevented from having children. because while i was searching hitler i found out that hitler beleaved in children beaing the future and if said person had children then he would pass on the mislead infromation to his children

what do i want to know about my topic

I want to know who Hitlers parents were how and why he got into politics. How did the Nazi party view communists? what was Hitlers policy on foreigners? When was Hitler born? Who was Heinrich Himmler? Who was the highest ranking Nazis? What was blitzkrieg?  These questions and more will be answered stay tuned for more updates my friends.

the story behind my topic

Well, I know what most people think about Adolf Hitler and the Nazi party. That's one reason why i wanted to do this blog, but the main reason is as a kid growing up in loris i had a Hungarian family and i mean HUNGARIAN. my grandma as i call her but she is actually my great grandmother. She actually witnessed first hand the Nazi invasion of Hungary she to this day will point blank tell you she would have rather been a Nazi than under Stalin rule. So she tells me about this the first day when the Nazis came. everyone knows what happened to the Jews and the homosexuals and basically anyone considered non Aryan. Well anyways my grandma had it really rough most of her family was Jewish and she witnessed many many many people leave. To Buchenwald to Dachau most to Auschwitz. But this she could not take so she was guaranteed her safety due to none of her 4 grandparents being Jewish or she played it off well. This I do not know but any ways I like the topic due to my great grandpa or just grandpa being a member of the Waffen SS and driving a train for Hitler and the only person he had to listen to was Himmler and Hitler and I have signatures of both men. rumor in my family actually says that we are related to Hitler but I don't really know.
